I WAS a smoker for 40 years that had tried literally everything out there to stop, all to no avail. Then, with great skepticism, I gave the Joye510 a try. I have not touched a traditional cigarette since the day my first order arrived, and that was 3 months ago. This has been a miracle for me and I am beyond grateful. After ordering online, I emailed a request to see if I could get my item shipped out the same day. I received a response email with MINUTES saying my item was being shipped the same day! Great Customer Service

Thought I had an issue with the new RIVA batteries, and asked for a return. They went beyond the norm and sent replacement batteries even before getting my returns. This company is like working with a friend in a small town (like where I live). Trustworthy. And it turned out to be that my really old charger had gone bad... on a working charger these new RIVA batteries SMOKE! Keeping the first bought batteries and returning the new when they arrive today. Thanks, David (KingPin)!!!

Update on my expierance

Since my 1st puff on an e-cig i have not smoked a real cig nor bought a regular pack witch is now running $5+ a pack normally in California. I know its not proven nor guaranteed to quit smoking regular cigs but in my case i can say it did the job and saving me a lot of money.
